"The entire universe can be seen in a grain of sand" says Ancient wisdom. What does this mean? And what do we mean by Integral Seeing?

To see something integrally is to see it holistically and completely, either as the whole or as a part of the whole. Not to see it as apart from the whole. This seeing is freedom regardless of what you are seeing, or what the content is. The content could be a grain of sand, a fish, a thought, ego, anger, jealousy, etc; the freedom is in this seeing. There is acceptance, awareness, stillness of energy, and no wastage of energy. There is a clarity of thought and focus which translates into efficient functioning in the world.

To see integrally is to see that life is relationships. Hence in order for your life to flourish, your relationships must be in order. This movement is a part of a true world awakening and has the intent of sharing insights, experiences and Oneness Blessings so that you too may heal your relationships, see integrally and experience a dramatically heightened sense of well-being.
